Most people when they go out for Thai food order the same things over and over again. We are all guilty of it. I myself, like to try at least one something new each time I go to a Thai restaurant.
Last time I went, I concentrated on trying a new salad. This Nam Sod salad made with ground chicken is served warm over a bed of romaine lettuce. The dressing is light with a wonderful citrus flavor that comes from lime and ginger.
Nam Sod is often made with ground pork and can be made vegan by using tempeh. I prefer using ground chicken. I like its texture and I feel it is healthy. But, whatever you choose to use to make your Nam Sod, I promise, it will be a salad that you make again and again.
