Ham & Swiss Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ham & Swiss is a great combination! Stuffed inside of a chicken breast, ham and Swiss becomes gourmet. These ham  and Swiss stuffed chicken breasts are quick and easy to make. This recipe is basically 3 ingredients and little prep with a big payoff.

In the heat of the summer, make this dish and serve it at room temperature sliced over salad greens. Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!


  • 8 thin chicken cutlets
  • salt & pepper
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • olive oil


  • Season chicken cutlets (1½ pounds total) with salt and pepper
  • Add a slice each of ham and Swiss cheese and roll up and secure with skewer or toothpicks.
  • In an cast iron skillet, cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and then transfer to oven.
  • Cook at 400º F until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
